The EID weekend is over without any incident. In the recent past, we have come to expect a tragedy at every festivity. Last Sallah, a ramadan lecture was attacked and there was an attempt on the life of General Buhari.

The security agencies were able to neutralize all threats and keep Nigerians safe.

In addition, Michika and Madagali have been recaptured in the last 48 hours. The army is finally retaking the lands captured by Boko Haram. This is just the beginning of what Nigerians expect will be a massive assault on the criminals.

Hope it has nothing to do with the upcoming elections, while I always commend the army for surviving Nigeria most corrupt and inept regime, it simply is another institution that is endangered!

I read a news about them attacking a village, killing people and stealing their food ON SALLAH DAY. No Muslim would do that, talk less of doing it on a sallah day.

Actually its because the sponsors like Oritsejafor, Ihejrika etc have been exposed and we're constantly working with other countries to make sure arms for the terrorists are not allowed to be purchased i.e the two recent busts in South Africa.
