What he meant by S4 Clone

Basically,the phone is made by a Chinese Company ( Not Samsung) and modelled after the original S4.
This Clone can has most features of the original and is cheaper than the original..There are different clones made by different companies ( depending on ur specs - they use different MediaTek chipsets)

So,the device is bought as a clone of the original

Anyway .The reason why I created this thread is

A lot of us use clones and it's boring considering its restricted features

The utility of the phone can be maximized if you succeed in "tweaking " it .

The phone becomes more powerful you might not wish to sell it again .

Battery life can be improved

Apps that normally wouldn't run can be installed

Etc

That's actually Gingerbread sir... Forget that they put 4.2.2 in the "about phone" menu... The Gingerbread OS is pretty easy to identify, it's very different from Jelly bean, and I'm surprised you can't even tell that after using the phone all this while.... Anyways, I just thought I should clarify that, Since the reason for opening this thread is to Enlighten people ✔

From the pictures you posted it's very obvious, look closely at your device and figure that out for yourself....

Or better still download a Benchmark app from the Playstore and run it.... That will show you the actual specs of that device

i almost bought d S5 clone, the only difference 4rm d original was d camera and keyboard, everyoda stuff as regards to software was d same...chinko has finish naija shaa...i ran outta d shop when i heard d price of it... 10k for s5....kai

Bro I have tried all those things . e be like say people wey build this one strong . you won't believe it , all the apps I have used detect it as Samsung galaxy. S4 Gt-I9500 and android 4.2 jelly bean . I even checked the specs online by visiting a website which displayed all the specs of the phone

Well it's obviously Gingerbread.... Download Atutu Benchmark app from the Playstore and run it, and upload screenshots of the results ... I'd like to see the full specs of this ya Machine
