The highway to the left is the Enugu-PH expressway, with flyover connecting it to independence layout phase I. See where it also connects to Abakaliki road at Naira triangle. To the right is goshen, premier and jubilee estates, with independence layout phase II, which I believe is where the centenary city is sited.

Although i am also a patriotic Nigerian and proud of our flag colors, In the end, the poor choice to paint "green " on this building may ruin all the architectural masterpiece beauty. This building resembles the federal building in Hartford Connecticut.
But the federal building has a beautiful off white color and brick design in a section of it.
The color painted on a building's exterior is everything.

The emporis built in the 1960s is another timeless building principally for its circular design and the choice of the different shades of tan and brown used on it. If it were built more recently,it would definitely have had a better paint job.
