Segcymoor, is there any provision for a lift in this building and if there's none how easy will it be to shift furnitures and other heavy items to the top floor?

No sir .Actually a building of this floors still accepted without lift by building regulatory body . However we ve enough wide stair hall to move freely from down to up

Do budget within range of 17 to 20m depends on the sqm of the building
