They actually cut off his penis. 40yr old Suresh Kumar was beaten and castrated after he was caught trying to rape a teenage girl in a dark alleyway in Ganganagar city in India. According to local media reports, the girl's screams for help attracted people around the area who then dragged him to a nearby butcher's shop and used a meat cleaver to remove his manhood after beating him mercilessly.
