And no, I did not take it. For a 700k apartment, the crib wasn't just having matching effects. That's my point.

Wel d onlytin I like my lawanso s dat u can connect to anywre in Lagos in a shot posible time cuse its @d middle of Lagos,dis days houses re startin 2get xpensive around,d 1 room n parlor ( mini flat ) I pay 250k den nw landlord just told us we shud get ready to pay 300k or park out,I won't blame dem sha, na dier house

Wher in lag can u get a 2 bedroom flat for 300k, well maybe in ikorodu or sango ota...

And also, to get an apartment in lag, u will have to pay for 2yrs, also pay agreement and commission fee. So u should budget close to a million.

So you see, am only giving an opportunity to someone out there who needs a decent place for just a year and doesn't have to pay much.

Surulere is a central place both to the island and mainland....

The room will cease to be available by Saturday the 18th of October 2014.
