Answer is 21.

Very simple, Apple = 7.
Mango = 5 + 7
Therefore Mango = 12
Apple = 1 + 3 Bananas
Since Apple = 7, 3 Bananas = 6
Therefore a Banana = 2

So Apple + Mango + Banana = 21

7 + 12 + 2 = 21

Since Apple = 7, 3 Bananas = 6
Therefore a Banana = 2

So Apple + Mango + Banana = 21

One apple is 7, one mango is 5 plus one apple which is equal to 5 plus 7=12.
One apple = 1 plus 3 bananas,
One bannana = 2.
Definitely one apple plus one mango plus one bannana is equal to 7 + 12 + 2 = 21
