How many years did u spend to get education up to university level? Maybe 21years+? Now it took u more than 25years investment for u to reduce the price of garri in ur life alone. But you want only NOI to reduce the price of garri for 170million people, you inclusive, in 4years. Whats the job of the other 35 states commissioners for finance? We have to start using that education our parents laboured to give us.
