I asked for a refund on d 1st of October & was advised here not to request for a refund. I later called them after ova 1 week & told them to change it to a voucher. I received an email that a voucher isn't possible anymore as a new Innjoo device has been processed already for delivery. That was on 10th & I'm still waiting for it oh. I called them today to ask if it was possible to change it to i2 or i2s so that I can pay the difference on delivery & again, I was told no. My guy, the thing don tire me I swear!

ask them the status of the order, I'm surprised because I've never had this kind of issue with Jumia. Send me your order number so i can send to someone I know who works there
