4. Infinix Diamond X402 (₦12,000).
With a 5MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front-facing camera, this device with a 4″ display looks beautifully designed It runs Android 4.1 Jellybean, features a 1GHz guad-core processor, a 4GB ROM and a 512MB RAM. It supports 3G and has a 1600mAh battery.

5. Opsson L5 (₦15,000).
Opsson L5 is also a 4″ device that runs Android 4.2.2 Jellybean. It has a 4GB Internal Memory, a 512MB RAM, a 5MP primary camera and another 0.3MP front-facing camera. It has a dual-core processor, a 1600mAh battery and the smartphone is 3G enabled.

Those two phones i put up there are less than 15k and they all come with the latest 4.4 kitkat, 1gig ram quadcore cpu.
