Lagos state declared today October 15th as Horn free day to check the menace of noise pollution in the state. On my way to work in Yaba this morning a man was arguing on the top of his voice because horn prevents a lot of accidents as a result 'no horn more accidents'. Going through the Lagos metropolis i observed that from Ojo to iyana Ipaja a lot of people complied but for people in Agege area it was business as usual.At Ikeja to Oshodi too it was low compliance. All these are my personal observations though and is subject to critisms. How is it in your area? |

Dont mind Fashola,all the commercial buses were blasting the horn as they like. Horn free day is not what we want,we want LASTMA to be effective in their duties.
