Hello mates,
Pls how can I create an administrator's account to control and determine what the other standard(s) account on a computer can perform.
For example a normal account would not be able to enter device manager unless it supplies the administrator's password.. Any idea, guru in the house? Thanks in anticipation.

go to control panel, click on account stuff(av 4goten d name) u wil d administrator's account,pasword it and make it to have full priviledge.
