Cults are springing up in the name of civilian JTF.

This really need to be watched.

A series of execution and jungle justice even in a close environment where military and police posts is located is alarming.

Gun shots, yet the force will claim the never heard of any while even those in distant residence testifies of such.

The civilian will always put personal interest first when they are not receiving any benefit for what ever they are doing.

Don't hand over the security of the people to civilian. They can only play a part but not take the duty.

That this thread is jargon depend on your definition of a cult.
You must be residing in rayfield or other government residential area for you to doubt my saying.
Each area you go, especially at night, you will see different group with different uniform.
They are tout ofcourse even though they are sacrificing for public safety. They smoke and misbehave. Many of them are assassins. Go to Apata and you will hear some news there.
