You guyz should forget about this argument, only a small part of Abuja is worth calling a "CITY" with regards to international standard. All part of Lagos is slum including your almighty VI, Lekki, VGC as well as Ikoyi. City with no proper drainage system, no electricity, poor transport system, insane residents etc. Do you think it's high influx of people and high cost of living that makes a place a CITY?
