CITIZENS NEVER DEPORTED FROM COUNTRY
Do NOT Confuse "Deportation" With Vagrancy Act

Just to plan/suggest/agree to "deport" any Nigerian from any part of Nigeria is a criminal conspiracy to violate the Nigerian Constitution. A citizen cannot be deported from any part of Nigeria because citizenship makes every Nigerian eligible to live in any part of Nigeria.

Nigerians are NOT Subjects of an absolute Monarchy. Nigerians are Citizens of a Republic. Citizenship conveys irrevocable non-deportability status. Deportation is NOT vagrancy law. Deportation should NEVER be confused with "extradition" of criminal suspects by order of court from one court jurisdiction to another. THAT WAS NOT WHAT LAGOS STATE DID.

That any public officials would "DEPORT" any Nigerian from any part of Nigeria is a violent assault on human dignity, a gross abuse of human right and an unforgivable attack on the Nigerian Constitution. Those Lagos State officials who planned/ordered/executed the crime perpetuated brigandage under the cover of authority. Those who would support the action of Lagos State officious brigands are either naive, willfully blind or irredeemable tribalists!!!

THERE IS NO NEED FOR LENGTHY JUDICIAL THROAT-CLEARING.
THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT MUST REBUKE THEM UNEQUIVOCALLY.
