Replace the power steering hose to solve the leakage problem as for the rapid fuel consumption try reducing your air condition usage.

Your power steering fluid is leaking where/at what point(it is usually bad hose or o-ring)

You never mentioned if you have a check engine light on.

No one can perform magic from the few lines you wrote/posted

I have a 2003 Chevrolet venture bought it in 2009 or 2010 can't remember
Gazzuzz knows the ride tho

only issues I have faced is

Bad Fuel Pump replaced twice

Damaged propeller ,even after replacing I got awd disabled code.. but car drives well

bad alternator

car runs great till date but I don't drive her much
as for your problem
on high fuel consumption I had this problem your o2 sensors might be bad, and you might be having cylinder misfires based on bad spark plugs,
you can check my thread on the ride tho
