Glad too. Felt like a suspense- packed movie when that batterry issues came up in the thread. Following that post, excitement in the thread diminshed. But yhen she came back fully charged. The storm is over! Stonger than before. Keep it going ma.

I woke up to a Whatsapp message from a nairalander asking if the Oneplus One phone I dispatched to two clients yesterday runs on the "almighty" CyanogenMod amongst other things.

I have not answered the questions but thank God I ran antutu tester on both phones before dispatching yesterday. Instead of typing a response, I say see below and get your answers Sir (I know you come in here and browse through the thread so you would see this).

I have done this privately but I felt I owe it to them and all to come here to clear it openly since I have exactly nothing to hide.

While processing their orders (Oneplus One , Doogee DG550 e.t.c), Hong Kong customs (in respect to the recent laws on battery goods) reared its ugly head, goods were seized, the clearing agent was faced with the option of paying a fine or having the goods destroy option (according to story the agent related), he opted for the fine option and goods (4.8kg) that was supposed to be cleared with $40.8 was jacked up to $188, the difference was huge...too huge to be quiet about.

I could have bore the whole cost of it but then it would have being too huge a loss to bear all by myself. I got across to the clients involved (Rill, Silentnoise, Peacemaranatha, Just2endowed, Anikum amongst others) and explained to them with fear & pleas in my mind because I knew it wasn't a pleasant news to pass on especially for those under a restricted budget but at the end of the day they all agree to help share the burden, most agreed willingly and others grudgingly (I understand the grudging aspect of it totally because I usually put myself in the shoes of clients and I know where it hurts).

Am using this medium to show my appreciation to them for their understanding through it all. It is not the usual practise. I apologise for the inconveniences.

PS : TYCONCEPTS will never intentionally inconvenience you without a good explanation.

Been a silent observer here, at least since when I placed my order. And nw I feel its abt time i dropped a thing or two. I'm glad I finally got my one plus one phone after the unusual long wait, courtesy of the unforeseen circumstance. Though it wasn't easy having to drop extra cash outside the budget buh I thought she was been honest and decided to share in the burden. All the same, everything ti di history bayi!
Now rocking my one plus one 64gb. Make nobody ask me for review o, google never strike. Buh believe me, its an amazing phone with awesome features. And yea, it runs on cyanogen mod(Ty u go pay me for this).
Long live Ty concept.....
