Comparing LAUTECH to George Orwell's Animal Farm is an Understatement...Some friends and I went to the Students Affairs building of the school to make some enquiries based on a rumour we heared. The staff there were not even courteous, in that I personally went into room 3 to meet an irritable old man in his early fifties (to me) who did not bat a lid when I got into the room, but fixed his gaze on the computer...after standing for about 15 minutes, he raised his head and gruffed at me saying " Read what is pasted on the door", which I consequently read and wanted to relay my plight the next thing was "Go, go, go, go away, go away, you are disturbing me"...which was not shocking to me anyways, and about what was pasted, it read " ADMISSION IS CLOSED", which I know is because of the constant pesterings of diverse students. Lautech dere is God oo!
By the way I am a Pre-degree student.

It was not Specified as well, some person told me that's the way they paste the Cliché annually.

And peeps dt even scored low marks in pd came out wit d merit list why we dat obtained a high score both in jamb and pd came thru supplementary when I had lost hope of gaining admission... D so called peeps dat came out wit d merit list then some came out wit a pass odas 3rd class some still in sch due to excessive carry overs... U guys shud still keep hope alive, u re all gonna be ladokites soon nd u will come here to share ur testimonies.. Mind u those dat came out wit d merit list re nt better dan u,dts lautech 4 u always tryin to make brilliant people lik u guys look lik OLODO.....hopeyemmy u sound lik an intelligent guy,I ve been readin ur comments and I'm highly impressed wit ur vocabulary,I wished I was a stalite so as to learn more frm u,lautech will be lucky to ve u and oda guys on dis thread...future ladokites

the same discrimination parading the country today,many parents nwadays doesn't alow their child(ren)to leave secondary schools and colleges 4 poly simply bcoz of d dicotomy that exist btw bsc and nd cert.buh i cn tel u.many expert today in terms of engineering &technical skills are the product of polytechnics and colleges..go out there u wil found my word true..tho,most of dm went back to badge bsc only bcoz of d discrimination btw d bsc nd nd cert in the industries sectors today..i jst hope it s high time the fed govt shu treat dz blasphemy of being canvassing poly stdnt as ntin or betterstil.design a curriculum..that wil suit poly students aswel.
