According to the recent ranking results released by Webometrics on yesterday, Monday 27th Oct. 2014. Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) in Ile Ife Osun State is now the best University in Nigeria. On the ranking, Covenant University in Ota Ogun state came 2nd followed by University of Ibadan in Ibadan Oyo state. Last on the list of 100 is Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai.

From what i know webometric ranking is largely rated on quality academic papers that have good web presense . . .
