To everyone battling posting anxiety, I can go on quoting from all the holy books but it won't help but i'll break it down into digestible bits. i have had numerous opportunities to relate with past and serving corpers and every posting experience is unique but a similar thread runs through nearly all. Lagos/ Abuja/ Ph postings are awesome but cost of living and apparent lack of prestige are the downsides, while some rural corpers do not even touch their alawee, escape urban strain and gain a form of prestige reserved for royalty but remoteness from services and opportunities is a problem. nevertheless, wherever you are posted, enjoy it, gain new perspectives, its only a year and perhaps your last as a truly free man/woman.(forgive the shoddiness of it all, it was typed from a really miserable phone)

Perfect .....just perfect.......I'm a testament of that....I'm a recent batch b corps member in akwa ibom state.....I'm in a tiny remote village....a place I would never think I'd ever enjoy, but I'm loving the place like mad, one week into it....about the 'not touching your allawee', if you have a good employer and nice, understanding corps members in your ppa in a rural area, you'd rarely spend money.....infact you'd beg to see what to spend money on
