not dsame faculty....pharmacy is in d faculty of pharmacy in sagamu while pharmacology is in d faculty of basic medical sciences in ikenne...just DAT pharmacy covers pharmacology....I hope its clear? m from DAT faculty

I choose pharmacy when i wrote post utme @ Oou but i was given pharmacology. My question is if pharmacology is one of the branches of pharmacy

pharmacology is like a branch of pharmacy under the faculty of basic medical science in oou while pharmacy is a faculty on its own. In ur 200level u will be coming to ikenne while dos for pharmacy will be going to sagamu. Those courses are related

M a little bit cleared cos when i printed my admission letter i saw Bpharm as my degree.....Does dat mean dat i will graduate with a bachelor of pharmacy degree?? Do pharmacololgist get an extra yr as pharmacist?? Thanks in advance

pharmacolgy is a four year course while pharmacy is five and pharmacologist don't get extra year because they don't do clinical like the pharmacist.. The Bpharm ish was probably a generalized mistake from jamb since u chose pharmacy as ur course of choice..I stand to be corrected no worries when u get to the skul u will know more...
