and wia i did mine dey combined d affidavit of good conduct and d affidavit of non membership of secret cults on d same piece of paper.instead of seperately. Can i still use it like dat in both places?

What problem do you have with your admision? It shouldn't be your o'level requirement not after scaping through the admision hurdles.
I am actually admitted for the same course Chemical Engineering 200level.
There should be a way out not minding what the problem entails.

Last clearance there were two different slots for uploading affidavit(one for Goodconduct and the other for Non-membership of secreat cult)...more reason why it has to be done seperately..
