A frnd of my is having insomnia disease which can b dangerous to ha health according to my findings.My fear for ha is dat she experience it almost everyday.Someone should pls help ha out.

Insomnia can be a medical sign of a psychiatric disorder which may cause memory loss,depression and risk of brain and heart damage.a lot of factors can be responsible for insomnia,use of psychoactive drugs,fear,anxiety,withdrawal syndrome,brain disease or tumor,hormones etc

Advice: your friend should see a psychiatrist and psychologist urgently
