Tambuwal Drags FG To Court Over Removal Of His Security Aides by Beazy(op): 10:14pm On Oct 31, 2014

A day after his security aides were withdrawn by the Federal Government, the Speaker of the House of Reps, Aminu Tambuwal, has filed a suit against the FG before a Federal High court in Abuja.
Tanbuwal filed the suit today Oct. 31st asking the court to declare that the withdrawal of his security aides while he's still the Speaker is unlawful and unconstitutional. He also asked the court to restrain FG from further infringing on his rights and privileges. There are reports they are trying to declare his seat vacant and organize a bye-election for the purpose of replacing him. Tanbuwal asked the court to restrain FG, INEC, PDP and IGP from doing this. In the meantime, he wants the court to order FG to return his security detail pending the determination of the suit.

Nigeria Democracy is laughable. Mimiko Defect
from
labour party to PDP,his security details were
beefed up
and added. Ohakim defect from PPA to PDP,it
was
democracy at work. Yuguda defect from ANPP to
PDP,he was celebrated. 5PDP Governor defect to
APC,PDP is paying the court to declare their
seats
vacant. Now Tambuwal has left PDP for APC,The
president has ordered the withdrawal of his
security
Details. What kind of democracy is this? Does
Nigeria
Constitution only permit PDP to receive
defectors? PDP
as a party is a liability to Nigerians

How predictable can tambuwal and APC be?? This is exactly what the PDP wants and the clowns play straight to the gallery! I see tambuwal in a long legal battle until his tenure expires! He should ask sanusi!
