Mimiko defected to PDP with all the members of house of assemby and all was well. 6 APC lawmakers defected in Ekiti to PDP and all was well and some zamfara, imo and nasarawa APC members in house of reps defected to PDP and nobody caused katakata. Does that means is it is legal for APC members to defeact to PDP while illegal for PDP to decamp to APC unders 1999 constitution?All this will make APC more poplular and enjoin good nigeria inrespective of tribe to vent their anger on PDP impunity by 2015. VOTE PDP OUT FOR RULE OF LAW TO STRIVE

Tambuwal won the election as a member of the HOR first before the members of the HOR voted for him to be speaker because he had enough votes to sail through and this would have never been possible if he were in a minority party,this isn't about partisan politics,its standard legislative practice all over the world,the president/speaker of the any legislative house must not be from the minority party,its an ill wind that will blow nobody no good.

its all Politics , it is never a hard task to wipe out a militant group whose activity is within a region . I mean dealing with boko haram , mend is never a problem ... their activities are just in Nigeria unlike the case of isis.

This has absolutely nothing to do with GEJ except he doubles as GCFR and the clerk of the HOR,tambuwal actually shot himself in the foot with his action and it is written in white and black in the constitution the consequences of such actions,I don't see why anyone should be bothered bout this happening cos he must also have done his homework and prepare for this anyways,its actually a different scenario if a governor cross carpets because its the vote of his kinsmen that made him governor and only his kinsmen can vote him out or perhaps impeached by the state HOA,unlike Tambuwal case,his kinsmen only voted him as a HOR member,it was an inner caucas vote by members of the HOR that made him speaker,now no one is saying he should resign from the HOR but he should honorably resign as SPEAKER because he is now in the minority party and that's standard practice all over the world,except he chooses to play dirty like some two-timing b$tch.

Please, find out more on which party members truly voted Tambuwa in as HOR speaker. Again, you said it has nothing to do with the president even as he heads the presidency and his party? Who gives order and directives if indeed the whole happenings absolutely have nothing to do with GEJ in our own words? I challenged you to state the section of the 1999 constitution as amended that says speaker of HOR can not decamp to one party or that when he does, his security details should be removed. Again, state clearly the clause where and how the sanction must be imposed on him/her. Is PDP constitution 1st or FRN constitution 1st? Finally, I implore you to seek the right information from objective minded people and not from pro-jonathan assembly members who are misguided elements within the corridor of power! What president and his party allies are doing to the speaker's seat being number 4 citizen is pure misuse/misapplication of authority and abuse of power which is condemnable by any reasonable Nigerian.

Sometime in December, there are 23 PDP House member switching to APC.
