look for a small hole by the power button.. That is the reset button..

Turn off the device and
put a Pin in there and hold it down and
count to 10...
release and start the device..

i dont no what to do again o av charge d innjoo E1 pbk for more dan 10hrs now but i try use it to charge my phone but no charge, i but 3pcs sold 1 left with 2 and av charge d 2pbk for more dan 10hrs infact dey are stil on charge now. pls dose dat av been using it what do you think av not done?

i just confirmed that old phones use lower amperage to charge than newwr devices.. And that could be an issue..

but what i dont get is how higher amperage charger can't charge a lower amperage device....

total beats me... Any electro-scientists in the house?

There is no service center yet for innjoo in Nigeria, try contacting them on their website. Hope they will be able to help you.
