This is a clarion call to the Ministry of Health and National Assembly
committee on

Health to establish a MEDICAL HEALTH FUND where ordinary indigent
Nigerians can

freely access fund to pay for medical expenses they cannot
afford.Many a times on

the Television,we see people under critical health conditions especially

kidney,heart treatment calling for Nigerians for financial
assistance.And even on the

traffic ,it is a regular occurrence to see group of people carrying
medically sick people

begging for medical assistance,sometimes when these people cannot raise the

amount needed on time to carry out the surgery ,they died.I strongly
believe the Medical

Health fund if establish will attend to cases like that,which focus
will be that no indigent

Nigerian died of any health condition because of inability to provide
the medical bill.God bless Nigeria.
