It can, but it's too complicated. And you won't get the corrections done before clearance.

Neco and DE the same thing, but your OND is different, O. Could mean anything.

Your LGA mistake might be corrected with an affidavit, but they might find it insufficient to clear you.

You see? It inevitably boils down to the correction form.
