I have a product/services for internet users only on mobile phones like android, BB phones & windows mobile, I am currently starting from Nigeria, all I need is just mobile numbers of people who use smartphones and then I will broadcast my bulk SMS to these contacts......

Please if you have any information on who to contact or any website currently offering such service SHARE HERE AS A COMMENT!!!

I am not looking for those bulk phone number re sellers who randomly generated contacts and try to verify it, they continue re selling it over and over to everybody, i wouldn't like those people to comment here either.

TO MAKE IT CLEAR, I NEED CONTACTS THAT ARE NOT JUST VERIFIED AS ACTIVE, BUT VERIFIED AS ACTIVE MOBILE INTERNET USERS.
