Since Specuitcargo is now so busy that it cannot attend to all of its customers, i need a full refund of $340 for the iphone,$20 shipping, and $5 service charge that i paid for the purchase of the iphone5. As for the $13 i paid for iSuf, if you cannot ship the Necklace for me again still refund the $13,i can bear the loss of the Necklace. A very big thanks for the disappointment.

Kindly mail the Accounts Team for a refund. You paid for an order @ $1 to N168. Your seller didn't ship; you asked for a refund. A refund was requested for and because it didn't come from the bank on time, you concluded we disappointed you.

N1,700 (approximately $10.11) was lost because of your request - of which has been deducted from your funds. You posted here yesterday; same yesterday, I posted that all orders paid for @ $1 = N168/N170 would not be processed because the exchange rate is now $1 = N176. Or, the client should add additional funds.

Going ahead, should we incur a loss of N6,120 ($36.42)?

When i sent that mail they replied me and asked me to plead with the seller to give them till the close of work yesterday to send the payment.How did you incur a loss of N1,700 when you have already deducted the money from my funds? When i complained to you here did you inform me the delay was due to a change in the exchange rate of Naira to dollar? Rather you promised me you were going to look into it,all you did was to come to nairaland to post this your silly excuse.
