400k for a 3 bedroom flat in this compound? Something must be wrong somewhere with the house for it to be rented at that amount

Building is in perfect condition, the owner occupied it with family before relocating. The whole building is made up of 3 bedroom flat and a mini flat. Mini flat is already taken. Thanks for checking.

Owner is contemplating raising the rent to 600k per year so that you will be sure that nothing is wrong anywhere .
