Ohanaeze Fails To Endorse Jonathan by Eldavido1(op): 11:55pm On Nov 10, 2014
ENUGU — The apex Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo,
yesterday, failed to endorse President Goodluck Jonathan for re-
election in 2015.
Although the motion for the adoption of President Jonathan was
moved at the flour of the meeting, it was shut down by majority of
Igbo leaders.
Speaking with newsmen, Senator Chris Ngige, representing Anambra
central senatorial zone said,”we have agreed to insulate Ohanaeze
from partisan politics.
“We will support no presidential candidate. We will be neutral
because Ohanaeze is made up of people from diverse political
parties. People who belong to parties should go to their parties and
canvass for their own candidates. They can talk to Nigerians from
their own political parties and not from Ohanaeze.
“They will be doing so from the standpoint of their party and not
from Ohanaeze. The endorsement will not be obtainable. That is our
agreement.”

Shocker? Na, wait for the election day. That's where the real shocker will be served while still hot.

Gej never see anything.
Re: Ohanaeze Fails To Endorse Jonathan by Eldavido1(op):
The good thing is Ohanaeze is not sounding like a a rubber stamp organisation. If GEJ wants anybody's support, he has to earn it. For now, he seems to be competing on how best to piss Nigerians off!

Can anyone tell me what GEJ has done for igbos since he became president. How many of his 2011 election promises has he kept

Where are those who insulted our sensibilities by saying that OHANEZE is campaigning for a certain Presidential candidate?

An individual can rightly or wrongly pitch his political inclinations to any angle but as a group, I had always doubted that OHANEZE will walk on that lane.

I pray those guys will wake up....

Nice one. Politicians should go to their parties and canvass for votes and stop belittling aligbo as sell outs, who auction their future for Peanuts from the Zoologists table.
Re: Ohanaeze Fails To Endorse Jonathan by omenka(m):
Very wise decision by Ohanaeze. The more they dabble into partisan politics, the more respect the stand to lose. I endorse this.

Ndi-Igbo arise!! Don't vote for GEJ, he has failed Ndi-Igbo completely. Are we that foolish? What has GEJ done for Ndi-Igbo in the past 6 years? Now tell me what he has done for the Hausas that are most critical of his administration. So you see, GEJ is well relaxed because he thinks Ala-Igbo is a conquered territory.

Ndi-Igbo don't vote for APC or PDP, vote for APGA. Let's vote for our own like every other tribe, let's waste our votes even if it becomes necessary.
