As in... I prepared every ingredient you see without help and cooked it with a little help from Google....

#Google help was for coloring the rice and it didnt help.

[b]Story of the Egusi Soup.. grin

So I couldnt possibly have pulled this off over the past weekend. I was hellishly busy and just didnt feel up to it..

So Yesterday after work.. I am sitting in Traffic at Jakande area of Lekki-Ajah road and caught the sight of butchers selling meat inside a small market.. SO I pulled over and went soup shopping..

- Pumpkin leaves (Ugwu)
- Egusi
- Smoked Mackrel fish
- Shaki
- Beef (Tozo)
- Yellow Peppers (Ose' Nsukka)
- Palm Oil
- Crayfish
- Dried Prawns
