It's called a slum and can be found in. Every city in the world. Aba and abuja have theirs. I just hope lagos state sees to the problem.

ode,You're the same f00l who'll post against Lagos if that slum is demolished to be remodeled. Amaechi did that in PH,your 'mama war' was making steeewpid ignorant noises just as you're doing now. MOORON.Those people in that slum are there because of federal government policies.
