OAU = Better studying environment.

Unilorin = Fast academic calendar i.e no ASUU strike. That apart, there are many Universities that'll dust off the school.

I'd just advice to do this year's Jamb and Post ume for fun because no University will take you with that age unless you want to falsify your age. undecided
