Most of what we call catarrh or cold or flu is actually a nasal pollen irritation that brings about a runny nose and sneezing.
I would recommend a complete dose of Benylin 4 flu (tablets) then followed by Avamys nasal spray used as indicated on the pack for a month.
Say goodbye to the runny nose.
