U dont have to mark any box. Just ensure that ur phone is turned off and connected to the PC before hitting the download button. U should see red lines which later turns yellow beneath as if u r installing. If nothing happens, it means u didn't install the mtk drivers properly, and hope you've downloaded and saved the Update SuperSU zip file on your internal memory or external SD card if u have one?

Congrats Man. Not an easy experience I tell ya. Only the determined gets it done. I can see the Root checker app in your app drawer image attached. Did u also confirm root access with that app? Makes me laugh anytime I remember the message Root genius gave when I tried using it to root this phone : "Can't get root. What a tough phone" lol.
