Before i proceed I want to pls plead with anyone reading this not to use any vulgar language,abusive statements or photos with offensive statements written on them to me,if if you don't like the post then a single step is needed just press back in your phone or PC..,

so here we go

Tips on how to make front page in nairaland

1)Midnight Posting:When I say midnight i mean from 10-12pm i observed lately that midnight posters have an edge over guys that post around morning hours,this has happened to me on three occasions where I will post a topic around morning and afternoon periods and the post will be nowhere to be found in the sector i posted it to,then I will think to myself if I can't make front page on this sector how then will I make front page in the whole of nairaland,it was humorously painful though to see that over a million people on nairaland my post will only get viewed by 47 people in a month but I then discovered that the mod's of a sector pick 20% from morning posts and 80%from night posts to make frontpage.

2)The Right Sector:I also observed that front page topics focuses more on particular sectors which are #Education
#politics
#Romance/Sexuality
#Sports and
#Religion
#Entertainment(fashion & music)
front page centers mainly on these sectors.

3)The Right Topic:To make front page you really ought to have the right topic to call your posts,this topic should be mannerful,respectful and most of all,Mature.

4)Topical Briefness:Your topics should be brief and to the point so as to contain the limited space on front page set out for a topic

Nice read. About the total number of viewers, there are only at most 4,000 readers daily on this site thats why only 47 people view your morning topics. By the end of the day your topic gets pushed to the bottom of the heap by other users' topics so if it doesn't get commented on in 24 hours it gets no recognition after that.
