Most times when I get seated and try to remain calm my legs and arm will begin to shake uncontrollably.
It happen when I am seat down only, not every time though but now more frequently than it use to.


Please if there is anybody who has such experience, heard of such or know of this, please I will need you advice and help.

go to a clinic for proper evaluation

Hi there, it could be muscle spasms. They are involuntary, meaning you have no control over them, I'll suggest a muscle relaxer such as Flexeril. Please consult a physician first for accurate dosage information, don't self medicate. Keep us updated, let's know how that works for you

Yes, I can't control it even if I try to but where ever I walk it stop, and resurface when I seat.

yes,its called muscle spasms. you should have it checked out. i myself experience tremors several times a day. i don't know if ts normal,but it doesn't or hasn't affected me either way.

about the CNS thingy. suppose I stop exercising for months after vigorous training days.

I have stop jogging or going to the gym at all.
Could it be caused by that?
