guys, please my tecno p9 has screen ish, as i type now,i have to use one hand to hold down the screen to be able to use it, my question is, do i take it to carlcare (as per warranty ish) or should i take it to regular phone engineers?
p.s, I'm in Ibadan and idk where isolak building is (apparently, that's where carlcare is situated )

Use either go launcher,or Zero launcher.

I believe d issue here is about usage and not d tablet itself......I have been using mine for almost a yr now n its even fell from my hands but never had issues with it.....I even change d imei to bb imei now n also change d default apps install location to SD card with adb.exe n still rocking it no issues.....

D issues about d tab not coming ON wen u switch it off sometimes, I av experienced dat...all u need to do is press d power button for 15 to 20 second n if it doesn't come up, just be patient. if happens mostly wen u turn off d tab with many apps running on d background... It takes time to clear out those stuffs.

n always use d original charger......if u can't use another product's charger for apple, y do u want do to same with Tecno n expect it to work

hi guys can u help me. I just got dis p9 and its already rooted but i still can't move some apps from internal memory to sd card dis is always giving me trouble BC anytime I need to download it tells me no sufficient space pls ow can I move apps from internal storage to either USB or SD storage

Wat also causes dat error msg is d new play store.....d play store update itself n d new version has dat problem...try to uninstall d update n return it to d factory playstore and try it.....

I didn't root my tab but used adb.exe in android SDK to change d default apps install location to SD card.

Be specific, wat kinda problem do u have with d glo bis, is it subscription problem, settings or browsing ?

it only works with WhatsApp..... it doesn't browse neither does it ping

I didn't upgrade it... that was the OS that came with it

My p9 fell down and now its not coming up at all

try connecting d original charger n see if it will charge also press d power button for 15 to 20 seconds.....if it doesn't work wait a while n try again if it still does come up after severally holding d power button for 20 seconds den d phone need to see a doctor (carlcare)

mine fell down from my hands n I was standing, n landed on d screen but d case was covered...though nothing happed to it, didn't even go off.
