A friend said he was given this scenerio to rank in a job interview, which of them should come 1st,2nd........6th
In your personal plans for the next five years,rank in order of importance the following:
Job Security,Promotion,Job Satisfaction, New Experience, Training and Salary..

I would think in the order of a promotion - which would warrant Training and New experience with adequate Salary in a well secured Job. All these would just boost job satisfaction.
