Seriously, what exactly is mtn's prob? Can't they do biz with transparency? When this network provider gives an offer, the hidden conditions are always insane.
ok, they started again this time around with their 'suprise thing' and I followed , then they sd I av 100mb which I never saw nor use, I didn't take offence, they msg that I av 11 free msgs, it was never seen nor used, the one that pain me here was dat even my active data dat was meant to expire soon, went away d moment I thought I av d surprise data, was nt able to use any of the two till d active data expired. I took it as system error.
Now they sent msg to get 4.5g data for #2,500, it was when i activated they sd 1.5g is for day while d remaining 3g is for night, my thought was so they don't want me to sleep, nt knowing dat that was just d beginning of 'surprises' then I decided to hold on for larger online activity for nite and reserve day one for other little activities so when i was done today, checked bal n my nite plan was intact day almost wiped out,call d customer care and was told it was desighned that day allocation finishes before d night start reading even though it is been used in d night, bt when d day is exhausted i can't use nite allocation during d day, so what really is ur prob? are u enemies of progress that we should work all day long and not rest at nite.
Airtell, I blame you for this, cos ur 4g was what I would av loved, but ur network isn't encouraging, mtn does not see you as threat.

Glo it is high time you knw that your network is nt only for Ogun state, do something stronger though you are trying, but it can be better.

Etisalat you are not left out, perform your wonders quick, we can't continue with this Mtn's hide and seek biz.

MTN are corporate thieves. they give you with the right hand anf collect everything with the left hand.
i have always been skeptical and wary of their "surprises". Although, i have been using their night plan package for sometime now, i wasnt excited when they sent me a message claiming that their night plan is now 24hrs. its either a lie or they will turn around and cut the data exorbitantly.
as for the way they cut your data, it has always been like that. irrespective of when you surf the net, they cut the daytime data first

Lol. Its a matter of choice bruv. Am already tired of MtN matter. I always ensure I put my MTN sim card in the second sim position of my double sim phone whether I have any sim in the first place is irrelevant.

That's how I register my displeasure. As for airtel I have already thrown away the sim since tay tay.
