NgeneUkwenu: Nonsense . National show of shame. This you will lead to: 1 impeachment move , 2 Suspension of SoE 3 National Disgrace I don't know what the police is thinking. Suleiman Abba pls ask former IGP Balogun and know what life is after serving the PDP government . We will chase PDP away from Aso Rock next year. 9 Likes |

chukwudi44:. Has any competent court of law said he is not a member of NASS?. What do you stand to gain by surporting this absurdity? Note am not in surport of any political party. But sincerely your type makes me think if we should include 'common sence' as a course in our educational curriculum. Pls no insult intended. 15 Likes 1 Share |

ilugunboy:Your 2nd line is why we are in this mess together an average Zimbabwean, Kenyan can easily interprete the contents of their respective constitutions but according to ur logic Nigerians need to wait for the Judiciary to interprete the constitution to us smh 3 Likes |

tomakint: You are wrong.....the only place a constitution can be interpreted is the law courts and not court of public opinion... What you are advocating is that people should always resort to self-help without the need for a recourse to the courts....SMH I don't know when Kenyans and Zimbabweans start interpreting their laws and taking over the job of judges... The problem with you people cheer leading this impunity is that when the table turns..you will shout persecution. 18 Likes 3 Shares |

ilugunboy:You are still far from getting it, how come Section 68(1)g is so explicit in his contents that ordinary secondary school students can interprete it but our Court of Law must have a different interpretation. I never said court of public opinion should take the job of court of law. Enjoy bro..... 3 Likes |

tomakint: He claimed there is a division in the Sokoto chapter of PDP (a claim that has not been disputed by PDP in Sokoto) and such division is recognized in the constitution for defection...that is the lacuna he is holding to.... Moral suasion and political solution will work better in this developing logjam....not the rule of force that GEJ is applying. 13 Likes 2 Shares |

[quote author=tomakint post=28196012] Fantastic! tell me how this lacuna is related to Section 68(1)g in Tambuwal's defection...I am waiting [/quote Whether Lacuna or not Hon. Tambuwal is the speaker. And that's why he presided over the house sitting of today. I thought the IGP is PDP enough to stopped them from gaining access to the chambers. You have not seen anything yet until when the house properly to see the impeachment move which already have started today in the chambers. The more they do this bigger the popularity for APC and hence the bigger our chances of winning the elections. 2 Likes |
