1-jamb admission letter and original result(buy a scratch card frm jamb office or cafe and print it out. The card z within the range of 1000-1500
2-ssce statement of result/certificate(u want make i still tell u how to get dis 1 again)

Affidavit of non-membership of a cult and of good conduct(oya go court go arrange al dese document. Both are separate document. If u nid the format just peruse ahika's post u we see them there.

Birth certificate/affidavit of age declaration(if u don't have the former u can do the later in the court of law.

Acceptance nd guarantors letter(u go type dis 1nce urself. Also view ahika's post for the formats)
