dribbling is a means to an end, not an end itself. the purpose of dribbling is to create space that would lead to a final pass(key pass). hazard's dribbling returned a deficit in his key passes......cesc, di maria, silva, robben, etc don't dribble as much as hazard but they create more chances than him.

from that perspective - hazard's dribbling is useless.
