4000 will get you Huawei E303 from MTN and Etisalat
( Walk into MTN or Etisalat Office) ..Also You can Crack it...Contact me if necessary.

Cracking a modem makes it possible for you to use sim card of another network successfully on it.

Etisalat mifi is ok for you..it goes for 13k or so. You can get universal wireless router too. I think someone sell here on NL.

BTW, whats d need for the wireless stuff since your phone use sim. ( my thought dou)
