PleasE,don't get vulgar on this thread.I really need to know what is It that is wrong with him.I know a fifteen year old,that just developed a strong appetite .he eats like he wants to die,and his man.hood seems to be on the increase.could it be as a result of puberty?or he needs to be taken to the hospital for examination.

Hi there, it's normal for his age. He's growing, his body needs more calories and that's why his appetite has increased. Likewise his manhood, height, intellect etc there's no need to take him to the hospital.
