PLEASE HELP!!!

I bought the infinix Zero on saturday from SLOT

Each time i operate the phone for like 10 minutes, it get very hot

i mean very hot as if it want to blow

I had to turn it off for sometime for it to get cold

I can't use the phone for straight 20mins without turning it off to get cold

I don't know what to do... Pls help cry

hmm,bt i have bin hearing gud tins abt dis phone,its a beautiful no doubt.nawa o.i am rocking my huawei p6 and no complain for over 2monts now

20mins? Haba! Go to Advanced Wifi. Then, go to the 'Always Scan' setting and turn it off. Viola! No more hotnes.,

They have come ooooo. 20mins and it will want to blow. Please, apply sense when you want to lie. The person that hired you has terrible HR skills.

Infinix Zero is a cool phone. Don't let them tell you different. Even those who genuinely had heating issues now know what they were doing wrong. This guy no sabi lie. The exaggeration too do. Kilode?

Maybe the guy exaggerated a bit,but I don't think it's fair to trivialise his complaints the way some are doing..he has an issue,the least you can do is offer some useful advice..

Taking a phone i just bought less than a week to a repairer doesn't really make sense at all

i will take the phone back to SLOT tomorrow
