Most people would argue that a Public administration career isn't a professional one. Most of the jobs listed above can be done by any other person. My advise to her would be to accept the admission and re-write jamb for Accounting if she's hell bent on studying a professional course.

I heard no one has had a first class for a long time now,People with second class lowers degrees going for Thanksgiving in church and all sorts.
Whether the stories are true or not, I wish you all the best.
