They reportedly booed dignitaries and even Dignified Gov Fayose Of Ekiti State with Chants of "Fayose OLE".
The PDP National Chairman Adamu Muazu was not left out of the Jabs thown by the Education Rights Concern Propelled Students.
The Students grievances rallied on the fact that the presidency failed to address the rate of poor education in the country as well as hike in school fees of OAU students.
His convoy was barricaded amidst uncornfimed reports of the presidential chopper being pelted with stones

It was a serious issue today. He was being shouted OLE (THIEF) even to his face in the presence of his TIGHT SECURITY. What a spirit of GREAT IFE STUDENTS! It's glaring that we don't like his governance, especially education sector. With the look things, if our vote is counted coming next year election, no incumbent power is used, the election is free and fare, then, this may be the end of JONATHAN. I JUST WISH OUR VOTE WILL BE COUNTED.

And some ignorant morons says Jonathan will win South West vote, looking through things in South West the reverse of last election (2011) might play out where South West will votes against Jonathan (PDP) in presidential election and vote for other parties mostly SDP, APC and PDP for NASS, governoship and SHA. LP will have a slim chance to win in South West. South Westerner are more enlighten politically even PDP will be suprised in 2015 Presidential and NASS election in Ekiti state.

What will fascinates anybody to this man who exhumes stupidity lawlessness and a clear ineptitude to the task he swore to do.

Good he is feeling the heat and the voice of the south west . Like Buhari venture into same ife and one would see the reception he will receive.

Transfer OAU students to let's say UNILORIN and transfer UNILORIN students to OAU; the result will be that the UNILORIN students transferred to OAU become radical, while OAU students transferred to UNILORIN become docile. The Aluta spirit is within the walls of OAU.

And these current crop of Ife students disgraced themselves. If this is the best the Ife boiz could do, then Jona must be doing very well. OBJ visited during the end of his 1st tenure to meet the Obas and Ooni in particular. He was not only stoned, he was baptised with pure water (a yoruba president simply put Omo wa). The entrance gate / Road 1 was blocked and he was delayed for about 5hrs before he was smuggled through Road 7in quarters.

Another opportunity to disgrace Jona in SW is lost

GEJ till 2019

Its normal for students to protest anywhere theleaders goes. Jonathan is the first Nigerian President to allocate N200Billion grant to Universities. Jonathan is the first Nigerian President to establish 12(Twelve) Universities at a time. So whatever APC does, Jonathan will still win the Presidency because he has performed much more than Obasanjo.

i can see some pdp morons had already opened some threads with pictures that doesn't depicts what really transpired in oau today. we were here yesterday telling the clueless supporters of the clueless president that jonathan will be rubbished today, but they turned deaf hears. we do not celebrate, and we do not condone mediocrity here in ife. i think that which was done to obj should give you a clearer picture. jonathan is no more than an average student of oau. even, the most dullard of the alma-mata would still teach him how a country can be effectively governed

The universities in Jos, Sokoto, Kano, Ilorin, Maiduguri, Calabar, Port Harcourt (Jonathan's alma mata), etc where established by the Muhammea/Obasanjo. During their establishments between 1975 and 1976, all the states got atleast a federal university. This is aside the polytechnics the same duo established in all the states as well as the airports built by Obasanjo across the states in less than four years.
